     Soprano Katelyn Hemling      is a junior at Fallston High School where she is a member of the Concert Choir, under the direction of Patricia Ballinger, and of an extra-curricular small ensemble and has been selected to perform in the All-County and Maryland All-State Choirs.  Crediting her success to the support of her “amazing family, wonderful friends, and teachers”, Katelyn aspires to a vocal performance career and a lifetime of music.




      Soprano Emily Schmidt,      a senior at North Harford High School, describes music as a “very important part of her life.”  Emily was selected to perform in NHHS’s Acapella Choir and Lilacs, under the direction of Angie Jones, and in multiple All-County and Maryland All-State Choirs, and will perform the lead role of “Laurey Williams” in NHHS’s production of OklahomaShe loves to sing with “so many other people who share the same passion for music” and plans to major in Engineering in college with either a dual major or minor in vocal performance.


 

     Alto Allison Stokes      is a junior at Fallston High School where she is a very active member of the Concert Choir and a nine-person ensemble, formerly known as the Fallston Belles. A three-time member of the All-County Choir and two-time member of the Maryland All-State Choir, Allison is also very active in theater at FHS and is a cast-member in its current production.    Allison says she is “thrilled to be joining the Deer Creek Chorale. ”




 

     Soprano Stephanie Wilson,      in her first year at DCC, is a proud member of the class of 2013 at North Harford High School and is also a featured member of her church choir, performing solos in works such as Laudate Dominum.  A well-rounded musician, Stephanie also is an accomplished violinist, selected to play in the All-County Orchestra and the Harford Symphony/Harford Youth Orchestras.  She is “honored” to be a Banghart choral scholar.
